Below is everything we can responsibly publish: how pricing works, the jobs we can put a range on, the jobs that have to be priced on site (and why), and the discounts, financing, warranty, and payment terms that apply.

No. Estimates are free — there is no trip charge, no service fee, and no diagnostic fee. A technician comes to your home, diagnoses the problem, and gives you the exact price in writing before any work begins. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing.
No. We price by the job, not by the hour. The quoted price includes all labor and materials for the work that was diagnosed, so the total is the same whether the job takes one hour or four. You see and approve that total before we start.
We quote the job up front, before any work starts, and explain what we find in plain language — usually with repair and replacement options at different price points so you can choose. You approve the price first; there are no surprise charges. Current coupons are listed on our Coupons page and are honored when presented at the time of service.
We can share rough ranges for a few common jobs (see the next question), but an exact price has to come from a technician who has seen the problem. Access, materials, the condition of the existing plumbing, and Houston code requirements all change the number, and a blind phone quote is how homeowners end up with add-on charges later. Because the visit is free, getting the exact written price costs you nothing.
As a guide: a sewer camera inspection is generally $295 to $350 depending on access. A standard tank water heater installation typically starts around $2,500 and rises with tank size, venting, and current code requirements. A garbage disposal installation with a unit we supply usually runs $495 to $625 depending on the model, and our disposals carry a 5- or 10-year parts-and-labor warranty. Toilet repairs, drain cleaning, faucet repairs, repipes, sewer repairs, and tankless installs vary too much to quote sight-unseen — the technician prices them on site, for free, before starting. Ranges are current as of publication and the written on-site quote is always the price you pay.
Yes. Customers 55 and older receive 10% off, and active-duty and veteran military customers receive 10% off. Just tell the technician when they arrive and the discount is applied to the invoice. Discounts and coupons cannot be combined with each other.
Yes. Current offers are listed on our Coupons page (/coupons) and include discounts on repairs, replacements, high-efficiency water heaters, and repipes. Offers cannot be combined and must be presented at the time of service.
We accept Cash, Check, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Zelle. Payment is due when the work is complete, and you approve the quoted price before any work starts. Commercial properties with an existing account can be billed.
You don't pay until you're satisfied. If something isn't right, tell the technician or call the office and we make it right before payment is collected. That policy is a big part of why we hold a 4.9-star rating across hundreds of Google reviews.
Yes. Our work carries at least a one-year warranty, and extended warranties may apply depending on the job type — water heaters, repipes, and sewer replacements often carry longer coverage, and garbage disposals we supply come with a 5- or 10-year parts-and-labor warranty. The warranty for your job is spelled out on the written quote before work starts. Drain cleaning is the one exception (see below).
Yes. We offer several financing options for larger jobs such as water heater replacements, tankless conversions, repipes, and sewer line repairs, so you can pick the plan and term that fits your budget. The technician walks you through the options when you get your written quote, and approval is usually quick.
Drain cleaning restores flow, but we don't warranty it, because the condition of an existing drain line — age, tree roots, prior damage, pipe slope — is outside our control. If a drain keeps clogging after it has been cleared, we recommend a sewer camera inspection to find out why, and we'll quote any repair before doing it.
