New Construction
- Ground plumbing — underground drain, waste, and supply lines laid out to the plans and set before the slab pour, with 811 utility locates and the ground inspection scheduled.
- Rough-in — supply, drain, and vent piping in the framed walls, tub and shower valves set, gas lines run, and the top-out inspection passed before drywall.
- Trim-out — fixtures, water heater (tank or tankless), disposal, dishwasher and ice-maker connections, hose bibbs, and final inspection.
