## What Customers Mention Most

- They show up when they said they would.
- They explain the options and the risks before the work, so the invoice holds no surprises.
- A fair, written flat price; one reviewer chose Hugo over two other quotes because the written contract covered more work for the money.
- They clean up before they leave.

## Recent Google Reviews (verbatim)

- **Brian** (Houston, TX), 2026-06-09, 5/5: "Pipe repair — we had some older copper pipe replaced with new PEX-A piping by Christian and team. They did a fantastic job from showing up on time, performing professional work, and cleaning up everything before they left. I would highly recommend Hugo Plumbing to anyone. They were the 3rd quote for this project and won due to the amount of work in the contract vs. 2 other highly reviewed plumbing companies. Well worth the price. THANK YOU team Hugo!"

## Questions About Our Reviews

### What is Hugo Plumbing's rating?

Hugo Plumbing holds a 4.9-star average across more than 700 Google reviews from Houston-area customers. The reviews on this page are reproduced word for word from Google, and the live feed further down pulls the newest ones automatically.

### Are the reviews on this page real?

Yes. Every review shown here is a genuine Google review, quoted verbatim with the name and area the reviewer chose to show on Google. We do not write, edit, or pay for reviews, and we do not remove critical ones from the live feed.

### What if I am not happy with the work?

Call or text the office and ask for the owner. Every job starts with a written flat price you approve before work begins, you do not pay until you are satisfied, and our work carries at least a one-year warranty with longer coverage on many job types. If something we did is not right, we come back and make it right under that warranty.

### Does Hugo Plumbing have complaints?

Any company that runs thousands of service calls a year will occasionally get one wrong: a part fails early, a schedule slips, a technician explains something poorly. What matters is what happens next. We would rather hear about a problem directly, fix it under the warranty, and earn the review back than have it sit unresolved. Our Google profile shows every review, including the critical ones, and our replies to them.

### How do I leave a review for Hugo Plumbing?

Open our Google Business Profile and tap Write a review. Mentioning your technician by name and the job you had done helps the next homeowner more than a star rating alone, and it tells us who earned it.
