# Pricing — Hugo Plumbing

Hugo Plumbing prices every job as one flat, written number that you approve before work starts. The diagnosis visit is free. Below is everything we can responsibly publish: how pricing works, the jobs we can put a range on, the jobs that have to be priced on site (and why), and the discounts, financing, warranty, and payment terms that apply.

## How pricing works

- **Free estimate.** No trip charge, no service fee, no diagnostic fee. A licensed technician comes out, finds the problem, and gives you the exact price in writing. If you don't go ahead, you owe nothing.
- **Flat rate by the job, never hourly.** The quoted price includes all labor and materials for the diagnosed work. The total is the same whether it takes one hour or four.
- **Options, not pressure.** You'll usually see repair and replacement options at different price points and choose.
- **Permits and inspections included** whenever the city requires them — they're in the quote, not an add-on.
- **You don't pay until you're satisfied.** Payment is due when the work is complete and you're happy with it.

## Priced on site (free visit, written quote before work)

- **Drain cleaning and hydro jetting:** depends on which drain, access, and what's causing the clog
- **Toilet repair:** a $20 flapper and a wax-ring reset are very different jobs
- **Faucet repair:** brand and failure type matter
- **Tankless water heater installation or conversion:** gas line sizing, venting, and electrical drive the cost
- **Whole-home repipe (water or gas):** square footage, stories, fixture count, and wall access; $300 repipe coupon applies
- **Sewer line repair, trenchless or traditional:** priced after a camera inspection shows the length and the damage
- **Slab leak detection and repair:** location and access under the slab
- **Gas line installation and repair:** distance from the meter, pipe size, and route; permit and pressure test included
- **Backflow testing, water softeners, new construction and remodel plumbing:** quoted per property or plan

## Discounts, financing, warranty, payment

- **Discounts:** 10% off for customers 55 and older; 10% off for military. Not combinable with each other or with coupons.
- **Coupons:** current offers on our Coupons page — $30 off any repair, $30 off any replacement, $200 off a high-efficiency water heater, $300 off a repipe.
- **Financing:** several financing options on larger jobs (water heaters, tankless conversions, repipes, sewer repairs); the technician presents the plans with the written quote.
- **Warranty:** at least one year on our work, with extended warranties by job type; drain cleaning is not warrantied because the condition of an existing line is outside our control.
- **Payment:** Cash, Check, Credit Card, Debit Card, Zelle; due on completion. Commercial accounts can be billed.
- **Prices are current as of the date above and subject to change.** The written on-site quote is always the price you pay.
